Outstanding Customer Service! Dave was very pleasant to work with throughout the process, even when I wasn't sure whether to move forward with the limo, he provided great pricing with an easy process to book it. Overall VERY pleased and look forward to working with him and DE Limo in the future!

Shout out to Dave C for amazing customer service. I messaged late on a Friday and he stayed in touch to let me know he'd be working on a quote for me - then had it first thing on Monday. To make things better - it was within budget. Thanks Dave!!!

Charter Bus Rental in Taft
Hey neighbor — if you've been thinking about Charter Bus Rental in Taft, you're in the right place. I know Taft: the small-town rhythm, the oil-field history at the West Kern Oil Museum, the quick runs to Bakersfield for errands, and the way everyone seems to know one another at the Friday night game. When a group needs to move together — whether it's the high school band, a wedding party headed toward the foothills, or families piling into town for a reunion — it's nice to have someone local who gets it.
Our fleet
We keep things simple and sensible. Think comfort that matches the drive home after a long day: roomy seats, reliable air conditioning when summer hits Route 33, and drivers who know the back roads and shortcuts around Taft. When you look at Our fleet, you’ll see options that fit everything from a church group to a corporate outing.
Coach buses
For large groups heading to Bakersfield for a game or taking students on a field trip, Coach buses are the workhorses — plenty of luggage space, comfortable seats, and a smooth ride on the highway.
Minibuses
For mid-sized groups — maybe the bridal party or a company shuttle from Taft to a nearby site — Minibuses give the right balance: easier parking in town, but still togetherness on the road.

Sprinters & luxury vehicles
When it's a wedding, anniversary, or a special tour through the valley, our Sprinters & luxury vehicles offer a little more polish: leather seats, extra legroom, and drivers who treat the day like it matters — because it does.
How it works
Booking with us is meant to feel like asking a neighbor for a favor that turns out to be easier than you thought. You tell us where you're going, how many people, and a rough schedule — whether it’s a round trip to Maricopa, a one-way run to the Kern County Fairgrounds, or an all-day itinerary that includes a few vineyard stops. We match you with a vetted operator in our network, confirm the details, and keep you updated every step of the way. If plans change — and they sometimes do — we help sort it out without the usual hassle.
Why locals trust us
We don't treat Taft like just another pin on a map. With over 20 years in the business, Coach Scanner knows the patterns of group travel in communities like ours: school calendars, sports seasons, wedding weekends, and harvest events. We pick partners who show up on time, keep vehicles clean, and respect local schedules. That kind of everyday reliability is why folks in small towns keep coming back.

If you want to get started, a quick note works: date, pickup spot (I know a few folks prefer meeting points near Taft Union High School or downtown), and roughly how many people. We’ll suggest a vehicle, a transparent price, and any local tips — like the best time to leave to avoid peak heat on Taft Highway. You can start on our site, or if you'd rather chat, we’ll walk through it together. There's comfort in having someone who knows both the road and the people on it.
Choose a slightly earlier pickup in summer to beat afternoon heat on long runs.
If you have luggage or equipment, mention it — we’ll match you to the right vehicle with space.
For school or team trips, plan a brief loading window so drivers can stay on schedule.
At the end of the day, whether it's Our fleet or a quick Book with us note, Coach Scanner aims to make group travel around Taft feel easy and familiar — like catching up with a neighbor who knows the roads and cares about getting everyone there together, on time, and comfortable.
